Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Refunds — general rule
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period and then reverts automatically to the Free plan; the current period is not refunded.
14-day withdrawal right (EU consumers)
If you subscribe as a consumer (not for trade, business, craft or profession) from an EU member state, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the purchase, without giving any reason. To exercise it, email [email protected] before the 14-day period expires. You will be reimbursed in full within 14 days of your withdrawal request.
If you asked for the service to begin immediately during the ordering process, please note that after the service has been fully performed you lose the right to reimbursement for that period. Every price displayed on the order flow reflects this rule.
Plan changes and upgrades
When you upgrade or change plans, the payment difference is prorated for the remaining days of your current billing period.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, you have 14 days to update your payment method and settle the failed amount before paid features may be suspended, as described in our Terms of Service. No fee is charged for the suspension itself.
