By accessing and using DevLyTicks, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
DevLyTicks is an engineering intelligence platform that provides insights into your development workflow, team performance, and repository metrics. Our service integrates with source providers and delivery tools to collect and analyze repository and delivery metadata.
User Accounts
To use DevLyTicks, you must create an account using one of the supported authentication methods. You are responsible for:
- • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • All activities that occur under your account
- • Ensuring your connected source provider accounts have proper permissions for repositories you want to analyze
- • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- • Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the service
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Subscription and Billing
DevLyTicks offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:
- • Billing occurs monthly or annually as selected
- • You can cancel your subscription at any time
- • Refunds follow our Refund & Withdrawal Policy. EU consumers benefit from the 14-day statutory withdrawal right.
- • Prices may change with 30 days notice
- • Failed payments may result in service suspension
Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using DevLyTicks, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
For business customers, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies as a layer on these terms.
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, we cannot guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time. We may need to perform maintenance or updates that could temporarily affect service availability.
Limitation of Liability
DevLyTicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.
